I was a little nervous to get my tattoo, these people are straight arrogant and impatient! Good luck dealing with them!

Thank you for the review. We are sorry that you feel this way. You called the shop and spoke to our piercer. She informed you we only had a couple of artist working today due to the tattoo convention going on this weekend. She informed you they were both on very large tattoos and was even kind enough to give you one of their personal cell phone numbers and told you to shoot him a text and when he was done tattooing he would get back to you.
Knowing he was tattooing a client you text multiple times blowing up his phone getting angry he wasn’t responding to every one of your questions immediately. He cannot de-glove and stop a tattoo every 3-5 minutes to cater to you, we apologize for that. He was tattooing a paying customer that deserved to get tattooed with well over 20 text interruptions. You were responded to a few times while he was tattooing where you were kindly asked to give him a little bit and he would be right with you to help after completing his tattoo. This angered you that he wouldn’t drop what he was doing and stop his tattoo to give you 100 percent attention.
Furthermore, you want a tattoo that is your entire forearm from your wrist to your elbow. Hours worth of work and you informed him you would only pay $150. He kindly explained he could not do what you are wanting for $150. But that he would be happy to design something smaller that is close to what you are wanting to spend, you refused. You would not budge on the size, design or budget. The tattoo you wanted was easily $350-$450 and the tattoo artist you spoke to was even nice enough to agree to $250 for you even though that is heavily undercutting himself. You still refused.
To reiterate :
*You wanted our artist to stop tattooing a paying client to respond faster to your many, many, many text on his personal cell phone immediately
*you got angry having to wait up to 30 minutes for a reply at times
*you wanted a $350 plus tattoo for $150
*you refused our attempts to change your size or design to fit into your budget
*you refused his kindness of finally agreeing to $250 after being beat down and harassed so badly by you and he was still trying to work with you and meet you in the middle.
I’m not sure you understand. We are a business with overhead and paid staff, we run professionally and have set prices. We hire award winning artist who are highly skilled and Blood born pathogens certified. We are not a bargain shop. I understand that is how you do things and this is how you treat people, but that is not how we work. It is your way or the highway with you.
We are sure you can find someone to do this tattoo in the Houston area for $150 and who will stop everything they are doing to cater to you. All you need is someone willing to tattoo in the ballpark of $30-$50 an hour for your design. That is way below our hourly rate and just isn’t going to happen.
