i got a helix piercing here almost two years ago and everything went well. the guy i believe his name was Lee was very nice however forgot to mention to me that i needed to downsize after 2-3 months which i was unaware of. my piercing did relatively fine and i went back last october to check if it looked good and if it needed to be downsized but the girl said it looks healed and no downsize needed. yesterday i took it out to replace the jewelry for the first time and it closed immediately and there is also a bump. i now have to repierce it if i choose to which is very unfortunate. please let customers know that downsizing is needed !! i made sure to take very good care of the piercing so its frustrating that lack of information from the piercer caused this.

Please allow us to remedy this situation for you. Not everyone requires a jewelry downsize, some clients will need to downsize, but not all do. As far as the piercing closing immediately, that is very unlikely if it is 2 years old, and it is most likely still open. The sooner you get jewelry in it, the better, however. Helix piercings can be very difficult to change by yourself, and sometimes the jewelry just needs to be lubricated to allow it to glide through the channel easier other times, the piercer may need to use a taper to guide the jewelry through the channel. Please come by the studio and we would be happy to help get your jewelry inserted for you so you do not have to get it re-pierced. Me and my mom got semi matching tattoos for my birthday gift. I had heard great things about thom through a friend, and booked him. He was extremely easy to communicate with via text. He dealt with our last minute changes with grace. He was hilarious, honestly felt like a comedy show. His line work is amazing. He also fixed a tattoo (from a different studio) for my mom that she got as a celebration of surviving breast cancer and made it look AMAZING! The studio was clean. Employees were super sweet! I also got a piercing taken out and replaced with an hoop, by Lee, who got it done fast with ease and was very kind. All in all we will be back with to artist impressions. Also BOOK THOM!! He’s the best 🙂

Update: after we reviewing our cameras , it seems you were informed all artist had appointments. One artist tried to squeeze you in before his appointment but wasn’t successful. People with appointments pay a deposit so they have priority and we do our best not to keep them waiting. You were offered to leave your phone number and the artist who was helping you said he would call you as soon as an artist freed up. You declined and said you would wait, you proceeded to wait about 15 minutes and then left. We are a small business that tries our hardest to treat everyone with respect and kindness. To straight lie to muddy our name is not appreciated. We are glad we decided to investigate on your behalf to make sure you were treated well by viewing our camera footage. Maybe you misunderstood that the artist was offering to call you as soon as someone freed up. Not sure. Sorry we could not get you in immediately, we wish you the best, Heaven Gomez.

Went with my newly 18 yr old to get her first tattoo. Showed up as a walk in, and it was Friday the 13th so they were PACKED. On top of that the systems were down so Melissa (the absolute MVP) was having everyone fill out paper forms. Melissa was absolutely crushing it and was doing a great job keeping track of everyone and still being super friendly and welcoming even though she was dealing with like service industry nightmare right? Spiro was the one that did our daughter's tattoo and he did an incredible job!! Wasn't painful, he was super friendly and personable, very talented, and she absolutely loves it!!! I also was able to ask him about a touch up for my own tattoo from a decade ago by another artist and he was able to give me an estimate and let me know what he could do to make it look even better!!! I can't wait to go to him for my touch up and our family tattoos in a few months (which will also be my husband's first tattoo!! 100/10 recommend the shop and everyone in it!! Just nice chill very friendly talented people!! Thank you again to Spiro and Melissa for making our daughter's first tattoo experience such a positive one!!

I had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The customer service was excellent, particularly my interactions with Spiro. He was patient and maintained perfect communication throughout the entire process. When I arrived for my appointment, he was fully prepared with several design options ready for my review. Although he offered to make further adjustments, I was already more than satisfied with his initial work.
​The session itself was efficient and surprisingly comfortable. Despite the placement being behind my ear, Spiro has an incredibly light touch; I felt very little discomfort. Beyond his technical skill, he is personable, relatable, and made the environment very welcoming.
​The final tattoo is exactly what I envisioned—neat, detailed, and perfectly executed. I’m already planning my next piece only a few hours later. I highly recommend this shop for both their superior artistry and their professionalism.

I got a tattoo done here, and I must say I’m more than pleased with it. I didn’t have a picture, I told them what I wanted and Jerry the tattoo artist came up with the idea. It was a 2 part appointment and I am very happy with it. I plan on going back there for all my future tattoos

The piercer here has 0 bedside manner. During my session I was laying down and trying not to move my head but the pain was quite intense so I shuffled my feet a bit. He said "hey watch your boots you're gonna scratch my couch". I said "oh, sorry" and he replied "ya I don't want a hole in my couch". I was barely moving and even if I was tearing up stuff the correct response is asking me to remove my shoes, or asking me to hold still, we're almost done, something like that. Not "your pain matters to me less than furniture and I won't even try to hide my distaste"
After we finished there was 0 positivity, no "good job" or anything. The whole experience felt very "I hate my job/customers, let's get this over with."

We are sorry to see you leave this poor review. You went to another shop and received a very poorly done piercing where your jewelry became completely embedded. Then you came to our master piercer with over 30 years experience for help removing and getting the jewelry out which he agreed to do. We understand that your bad piercing and embedded jewelry was very sore and inflamed, but you were screaming and yelling and carrying on all though the shop. You also used your boots and were digging in with all your strength into a real leather very expensive piercing bed. We apologize that you were asked not to destroy and rip the leather, but we are not in the business of allowing people to intentionally and purposely destroy our property whether they are sore to the touch or not. Even with your tantrum, our piercer was still kind enough to help you which is not what we do, and is not in his job description so I’m honestly surprised by this review. My best advice to you is to go to a reputable place for your piercing next time so you don’t end up with this issue again, instead of going to the reputable place after the fact looking for help, then causing a scene in front of all the customers while trying to destroy property. We wish you the best going forward.

Hunter did an amazing job on my tattoo. I provided the design, he did small modifications. Came out as I wanted. He listens to what you want and does as you ask. Super friendly and extremely easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Studio was clean and very well set up. Great place to get a tattoo. Everyone was super friendly. If I plan to get anymore tattoos, will go back.

I had an incredible experience with Gabriel Garcia at Artistic Impressions and would highly recommend him. He was easy to work with and I love what I got.

I sent him an idea with a few pictures and he sent back an incredible version he put together. He worked with me on the size and location until it was exactly how I envisioned.

His station was clean and he made sure I was comfortable for the extent of the tattoo. I was a little nervous going into the tattoo because it was a larger piece for me and I had never used him before. However, I was put at ease with his professionalism and demeanor.

Again, I highly recommend him and plan to get additional pieces from him.
