First time at AI getting a piece done. Followed Jerry as he was the one who did my first piece after losing my sister and it only felt right to have him do the piece after losing my little brother. Great service everything was smooth and there was even a hiccup with our original date and he was accommodating and rescheduled me and then when he had an opening got me in sooner. Only spot for all of our ink. Thank you again Jerry!! I couldn’t have asked for anything more.

I scheduled an appointment with Nick to get a tattoo done. I saw the great work he did on my wife's tattoos, so I sent him an idea of what I wanted done. His rendering looked great. The studio is very clean and the staff are friendly. Nick was very polite, friendly and professional. You can easily see his passion for art and turning them into great tattoos. His finished work was even better than I had imagined. His eye for detail and bringing the tattoo to life is amazing. I couldn't be happier with the work he has done. The ONLY place I will go. I have seen a handful of artists here. Every piece I have was done by either Spiro himself, or someone else in his shop, and they are all top-notch pieces. The atmosphere is great, and the shop is very clean. Staff is super friendly. I feel like family every time I walk in. Have also received a few piercings, Lee is great! If you want great quality and service, this is the place.

I got my very first tattoo with Nick and it was the best experience I could ask for. He was patient accommodated to everything I said and asked for, and was fun to conversation with. If I decide to get a second tattoo I will go back to him!

I saw the previous review and I believe I am the customer they overheard. I went to get my earlobes pierced and Lee was the only piercer available. I tried to small talk, as one does, he mentioned he pierced his own genitals. I shrugged it off thinking it wasn’t a big deal. After he was done piercing, he asked me if I wanted to get a genital piercing right then and there. I said I don’t wanna do it rn and need to think. He started showing me photos of other genital piercings that he (or others) had done. I didn’t know how to react, so I just said they looked good, but I don’t want to do it due to pain. He told me the only complaint his customers have is that they have to change their undies more often because of how wet they get… that made me even more uncomfortable, but he proceeded to tell me that it makes sex feel better and proceeded to describe how exactly it does. I don’t wanna go into detail, but between the descriptions and hand gestures, it was extremely uncomfortable. Now, mind you, that was before I even paid, so i couldn’t just leave, we were still in the room, and I was standing in the door ready to leave. I didn’t have uncomfortable experiences with other piercers (or tattoo artists) there and I was a returning customer, but will not be coming back, unfortunately

I went to the Katy location a while back with my girlfriend to get new jewelry and overheard one of the employees going on and on about genital piercings with another customer who was very obviously uncomfortable. Definitely would not feel safe letting my girl go by herself after that..

This was my first time getting a tattoo and It was definitely a fun experience. They were very informative on after care and provided a safe and comforting environment. My artist was Jerry and he definitely did an AMAZING job on both my moms and my tattoo. Definitely recommend coming here.

i got a helix piercing here almost two years ago and everything went well. the guy i believe his name was Lee was very nice however forgot to mention to me that i needed to downsize after 2-3 months which i was unaware of. my piercing did relatively fine and i went back last october to check if it looked good and if it needed to be downsized but the girl said it looks healed and no downsize needed. yesterday i took it out to replace the jewelry for the first time and it closed immediately and there is also a bump. i now have to repierce it if i choose to which is very unfortunate. please let customers know that downsizing is needed !! i made sure to take very good care of the piercing so its frustrating that lack of information from the piercer caused this.

Me and my mom got semi matching tattoos for my birthday gift. I had heard great things about thom through a friend, and booked him. He was extremely easy to communicate with via text. He dealt with our last minute changes with grace. He was hilarious, honestly felt like a comedy show. His line work is amazing. He also fixed a tattoo (from a different studio) for my mom that she got as a celebration of surviving breast cancer and made it look AMAZING! The studio was clean. Employees were super sweet! I also got a piercing taken out and replaced with an hoop, by Lee, who got it done fast with ease and was very kind. All in all we will be back with to artist impressions. Also BOOK THOM!! He’s the best 🙂

I got a nose piercing, and my sister got an eyebrow piercing. We are both super satisfied with this shop and both of our piercers were super professional and did a great job! The price was reasonable for a great service! I cant wait to come back for my nose ring.
