Please fill out the tattoo or body piercing release form early by printing it and bringing it with you. Click HERE for the form.
Sunday, August 15th, from 12 pm to 7 pm.
*$35 tattoos taking under 15 minutes (total tattoo time)
Designs will be approved at the door. We do estimate a cut-off point so that we can close on time, so be sure to come in and sign up early.
*$25 basics piercings with colored gems only

TATTOO RAFFLE DETAILS:
All participants at the Anniversary Party will be automatically entered to win a FREE TATTOO. The winner will receive a single $500 tattoo session. The four runner-ups will win tattoo gift certificates of up to $100 in value. We will draw the prizes on the day of the event. The grand prize has no monetary value and can not be transferred. The tattoo must be done as a single session by appointment only.
