Went with my newly 18 yr old to get her first tattoo. Showed up as a walk in, and it was Friday the 13th so they were PACKED. On top of that the systems were down so Melissa (the absolute MVP) was having everyone fill out paper forms. Melissa was absolutely crushing it and was doing a great job keeping track of everyone and still being super friendly and welcoming even though she was dealing with like service industry nightmare right? Spiro was the one that did our daughter's tattoo and he did an incredible job!! Wasn't painful, he was super friendly and personable, very talented, and she absolutely loves it!!! I also was able to ask him about a touch up for my own tattoo from a decade ago by another artist and he was able to give me an estimate and let me know what he could do to make it look even better!!! I can't wait to go to him for my touch up and our family tattoos in a few months (which will also be my husband's first tattoo!! 100/10 recommend the shop and everyone in it!! Just nice chill very friendly talented people!! Thank you again to Spiro and Melissa for making our daughter's first tattoo experience such a positive one!!

The place has wonderfully friendly staff, great artists, cool and kickass vibes, and came highly recommended by family and coworkers. I get it. I had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The customer service was excellent, particularly my interactions with Spiro. He was patient and maintained perfect communication throughout the entire process. When I arrived for my appointment, he was fully prepared with several design options ready for my review. Although he offered to make further adjustments, I was already more than satisfied with his initial work.The session itself was efficient and surprisingly comfortable. Despite the placement being behind my ear, Spiro has an incredibly light touch; I felt very little discomfort. Beyond his technical skill, he is personable, relatable, and made the environment very welcoming.The final tattoo is exactly what I envisioned—neat, detailed, and perfectly executed. I’m already planning my next piece only a few hours later. I highly recommend this shop for both their superior artistry and their professionalism.

The piercer here has 0 bedside manner. During my session I was laying down and trying not to move my head but the pain was quite intense so I shuffled my feet a bit. He said "hey watch your boots you're gonna scratch my couch". I said "oh, sorry" and he replied "ya I don't want a hole in my couch". I was barely moving and even if I was tearing up stuff the correct response is asking me to remove my shoes, or asking me to hold still, we're almost done, something like that. Not "your pain matters to me less than furniture and I won't even try to hide my distaste"After we finished there was 0 positivity, no "good job" or anything. The whole experience felt very "I hate my job/customers, let's get this over with."

Hunter did an amazing job on my tattoo. I provided the design, he did small modifications. Came out as I wanted. He listens to what you want and does as you ask. He was easy to work with and I love what I got.I sent him an idea with a few pictures and he sent back an incredible version he put together. He worked with me on the size and location until it was exactly how I envisioned.His station was clean and he made sure I was comfortable for the extent of the tattoo. I was a little nervous going into the tattoo because it was a larger piece for me and I had never used him before. truly best peircing place the guy who did my piercing was the best person ever i get really nervous and he talked me through it and literally felt so relieved after doing my nose piercing he gave me 2 lollipops for doing a good job 😂 after i did my piercing i told these 2 guys look at my piercing and they all said it looked so good everyone was super friendly and super duper nice i would definitely go there again and the place is so well decorated for a tattoo shop anyways i would 100% recommend going here

The previous tattoo artist I used for my first 2 tattoos moved out of state so I had to fine someone new for my third tattoo. I wanted to focus on the fine lines of my design which brought me to AI2 and Jacque.The tattoo I got was inspired by Disney’s “Second Star to the Right” but with finer lines. I discussed what I wanted with Jacque, and since it wasn’t going to be such a complex design I didn’t have to go in for a consult. Instead we discussed everything via text and I got my tattoo 12/4/25.When I went in it was a very welcoming and friendly environment. Jacque and I discussed tattoo placement and sizing, made a few adjustments here and there, before she started.It took about 45 minutes total I think, and didn’t hurt at all. Afterwards, she went over the after care instructions with me which were straight forward and available on a card she gave me. Very happy with the entire process and my tattoo.

INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE this was my first tattoo ever to memorialize my mother who passed in 2009.One of my best friends got a Spartan warrior half sleeve on his left shoulder and after I saw it I knew I would go to no one else but Ulisses.I didn't have to shop around whatsoever. Ulisses is not only an artist but a master of precision and detail.The original tattoo was 9 hours straight in one sitting with two small breaks in between. Ulisses talent and skill are Paramount in this industry in my opinion.His meticulous attention to detail in crafting his art are hands down some of the best I've ever seen. I've always thought about getting a tattoo for the past 15 to 20 years this being my first one I couldn't be happier. He was patient, communicative, and collaborated on exactly what I wanted to remember my mother and the deeper meaning behind it. The facility, Artistic Impressions is imaculate and clean witheveryone's stations having their own unique blend of style and character of the artist. Ulisses gave me exactly what I wanted for placement, size, shading, and detail.I'll be coming back to him for several more pieces in the future, I wouldnt go to anyone else.His wide breath of material and experience can accommodate any person or subject material to get a wearable piece of art that will last a lifetime.I will highly recommend Ulisses and the facility to anyone that is interested in getting a tatto.The pictures below are just a few days after my touch up, for more depth and shading.

I've gotten 3 tattoos since July from PeeWee. They are beautiful pieces and I absolutely love them! I recommend this place to anyone wanting to get a tattoo done! Came here to remove some stubborn jewelry (ears) thag I could not remove (needed to take out for an MRI appt). 9/27/25 The finished cat on my upper arm is exceptional and i get lots of compliments. Another win this week. In Sepetmber, I had an outline of a cat done. Went back yesterday and he added splashes of color. Really pops. We are talking about adding to the big car on my upper arm to complete the sleeve. Did I mention I am 67 and have 30plus tattoos.7/31/25 Gideon is great. He is so versatile and accepts all my ideas, adding his touches. We have done black and gray, small doodles - firefly, Friday the 13th tatts, the beautiful flower, and my latest two. Tribute to Doctor Who and adding a splash of color to one he did in Ladies night last time.Updating my review April 2025.I have added several tats since my original post in 2023. I am never disappointed. Gideon has done one medium-large one on my calf, 3 small ones from flash sales, and one other. Currently, in the process of completing another on my upper arm. I have waited a long time to find the right design for that virgin skin. I’ll go back in a week or so to shade it.My favorite shop. Had several small to medium, one large tatts done here by various artists. Going tomorrow for a new one. So excited! Stay tuned

Artist was great…music in the shop was awful…sounded likes an 80’s music soundtrack. Definitely didn’t give off an elevated energy vibe. Heard other customers complained about the rock music. I had an incredible experience at Artistic Impressions Tattoo Studio with David Noy as my artist. He created an absolutely stunning upper arm tattoo of Jesus’ face with the three crosses below, representing the crucifixion. The realism is unbelievable — every detail is precise, and his attention to shading and expression makes the piece truly come to life. The store is very professionally run. My family has used several different tattoo artists, and they are each very skilled. Eduardo does amazing color work. David does excellent color and black and grey tattoos. We have only had BB on a couple of simple tattoos, but his line work is excellent. We took the whole family with us to have our 10-year-old daughters ears pierced. It's a very nice studio, that is well lit, and welcoming. After a brief discussion about forms and some time spent filling them out. Lee took us to the piercing room. After presenting selections to my daughter, he quickly moved on to marking her lobes, and discussing what she should expect. She was nervous, and a bit shaken with some tears. Lee was fantastic. He did not rush her, and calmly walked her through breathing and calming techniques. When she was ready for that second lobe, so was he. We're very happy with the service that we received. The smile on her face despite being so scared and having shed tears was definitely worth it. Typical 10-year-old, she had to be forced into the photo for the review.

Okay, so two months ago I set up an appointment for a tattoo with Chase. I put down my deposit, and showed him the image I wanted and where I wanted it, which was wrapping around my forearm. Now, I don't know if he was paying ANY attention to me when I was telling him what I wanted because TODAY was my appointment and he CAN'T do the tattoo I wanted. Is it not common practice to at least have an idea or tell me BEFORE I make the appointment that he is unable to do it? APPARENTLY NOT HERE. So, I waited two months for this and he can't even do it AND I can't get my deposit back.

I have gone to Artistic Impressions twice for tattoos and absolutely loved it!

However, I went to the Cypress location for a consult on a tattoo and was highly disappointment. I drove 30-35 miles for a consult that I was told I had to do only to be told that the only person not booked for that day was not there. I was told to take that artists card and contact him and that he would always take my information and have him contact me. I have yet to receive any form of communication from them and had to drive 30-35 miles back home after speaking to someone for 5 min.

I will not be returning unfortunately.

I brought my daughter there for a piercing. The guy who does that was so condescending. And after going through the experience of his personality he pierced it crooked. I was scared to call the shop to say it was. Well I called anyway and I asked for the manager instead because I just didn’t want to talk to him. She was very pleasant and helpful so I thought ok its not going to be a big deal so I brought her back and wouldn’t ya know he kept saying it’s not crooked only after myself and my daughter telling him that she showed a couple friends and some teachers and they all agreed it was crooked did he offer to take the jewelry out for time to heal to repierce. I literally cried when I got to the car I was so emotional by the way he treated me. It was crazy.

I too drove almost 200 miles to get a cover up from supposedly " one of the best around"..... only to be told this COULD NOT BE DONE.... hard thing to listen to from artists who use this as their selling point to get you to the shop. As you all know, there is nothing worse to live with than a bad tattoo..... except to be told it CAN'T BE FIXED.... if you want to sell yourself as the best cover up artists around, I guess you probably should be able to back it up......

Went to the new Cypress location and all I can say is greatest experience ever! Where I got my first tattoo was awful they did a good job but their customer service was very very poor. When I walked in to Artistic Impressions it was the exact opposite, you could feel the good vibes and energy when you walked in the door and instead of arguing over who was going to take the next customer they asked me what I wanted and matched me with the artist that was going to do the best job. Andrew is amazing and my tattoo came out 5 times better then I ever imagined it in my head! Will definitely be going back for all my future tattoos!!

Went in to see Xavier on a recommendation and he was awesome. Had to wait a few weeks to get a scheduled time with him, but it was well worth that wait. He did such a good job, my wife went and got hers done with Xavier. He had a cancellation the next day after hers and took me in for another one. I highly recommend this place and specifically Henry Garza! I came to him with only the basics of what I wanted, no clue how I wanted it to look and the fear that he would turn me away because of that. He was awesome from the moment I met him. Truly an artist. He had a rough sketch drawn out and drew the design on my body. I mean it was so effortless for him. I LOVED that he drew it on me to match my body's shape and make it flow with my body's natural curve. I got it on my ribs and his personality alone made the pain bearable. I set up 2 sessions to get a cheetah with a verse below it and it looks absolutely FANTASTIC. Henry is by far the best I have ever seen! I wanted full color and no hard outline and it is perfect. Xavier has done a cover up for me earlier this year and is now working on another cover up for me. I always get compliments on his work because his work is just awesome, he is very detailed and takes care of his customer. The shop overall is the best I have been to, clean and the group is very nice and funny.
