GMUNKY has tattooed me twice; his professionalism, expertise, warmth and demeanor will always keep me coming back. He takes the time to look at the drawings I bring in and enhances them so that they look twice as good on my legs. He has a very gentle touch and he’s fast! He is better than INK MASTER quality!! The man is real damn good!! I am a senior citizen and for me just starting to get tattooed, he makes me feel so good that I chose him!!! GMUNKY IS A GODSEND 😘😘!!

Really? If you had reviewed the cameras you would have seen the young lady who was the piercer walk past me. Also, you ALLEGEDLY, told her that I was there for a piercing. You want to tell me why she walked right past me and talked to the other lady. I know why know. Failure to accept responsibility for poor behavior. No matter. I went to a reputable piercer and got pierced. I didn't have to deal with your rinky dink piercer. I'm glad I found out what kind of company you really run.

I walked in for a piercing. No one was waiting. An African American woman walked in after me. The piercer was a young African American lady. She walked right past me and addressed the other lady. I spoke up and said that I was here before the lady. She still took the other lady back first. I knew there was no way I was getting a good piercing there. Really disappointed at this type of behavior in a business.
Response from the owner:Thank you, Sylvia, for taking the time to leave your feedback. We do appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention. However, after reviewing our camera footage to investigate what happened, we feel some clarification is important.

When you arrived, you were greeted by one of our tattoo artists and asked to have a seat because our piercer was actively working with two clients. Approximately five minutes later, another customer in green came in and explained that she only needed jewelry inserted into an existing piercing. About two minutes later, our piercer finished with her two clients and, after checking them out, initially did approach the other customer in green.

You did speak up and let our piercer know that you had arrived first. At that point, she immediately got your ID and sent you the required paperwork to complete. Since you needed time to fill out the release form, our piercer took the other customer back to simply reinsert her existing jewelry. You left the studio approximately five minutes later. Our footage shows that the jewelry insertion was completed two minutes after you left.

We understand how the situation may have appeared from your perspective, and we acknowledge that our piercer initially approached the other customer incorrectly. However, there was no intention to disregard you or provide preferential treatment. We were actively trying to accommodate both customers while allowing you time to complete the required paperwork.

We’re sorry you left feeling disappointed, but we wanted to provide the full context of what occurred based on our review of the footage. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to clarify.

Drove 45 minutes to get my son ears pierced called before was told I needed birth certificate and my identification get there they are asking a 14 year old for an ID.

When you called our studio, you spoke directly with our head piercer, who explained the requirements for piercing a minor. The Health Department requires us to collect identification for both the minor and their parent, as well as the minor’s birth certificate. (A minor can present a school ID.) These are mandatory requirements that we must follow before performing the piercing.

We understand that these requirements may feel like a lot, but they are in place to ensure we remain compliant with health and safety regulations and, most importantly, protect our younger clients.

We’re sorry if there was any misunderstanding regarding the process.

First time at AI getting a piece done. Followed Jerry as he was the one who did my first piece after losing my sister and it only felt right to have him do the piece after losing my little brother. Great service everything was smooth and there was even a hiccup with our original date and he was accommodating and rescheduled me and then when he had an opening got me in sooner. Only spot for all of our ink. Thank you again Jerry!! I couldn’t have asked for anything more.

The ONLY place I will go. I have seen a handful of artists here. Every piece I have was done by either Spiro himself, or someone else in his shop, and they are all top-notch pieces. The atmosphere is great, and the shop is very clean. Staff is super friendly. I feel like family every time I walk in. Have also received a few piercings, Lee is great! If you want great quality and service, this is the place.
